Acoustician

Are you passionate about the science of sound and its practical applications? Do you thrive on solving complex acoustic challenges and designing innovative solutions? Akinco is looking for a skilled and dedicated Acoustician to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct acoustic measurements, analysis, and simulations for various projects.
• Develop and design effective acoustic solutions for diverse environments, including commercial, residential, and industrial spaces.
• Prepare detailed acoustic reports, specifications, and proposals.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to integrate acoustic designs seamlessly into projects.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in acoustic technology and industry best practices.
• Provide expert advice and technical support on acoustic matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Acoustics, Architectural Acoustics, Noise Control Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Acoustician, preferably in the UAE market.
• Proficiency in acoustic modeling software (e.g., Odeon, EASE, CATT-Acoustic).
• Strong understanding of acoustic principles, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Operations Manager

Are you a highly organized and driven professional with a knack for optimizing processes and leading teams to success? Akinco is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our project execution and ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all operational activities, from project initiation to completion.
• Develop and implement efficient operational procedures and workflows.
• Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget adherence.
• Ensure the timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the operational team to achieve performance targets.
• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental protocols.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably within the construction, engineering, or acoustic solutions industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
